Nude Hathaway, Gyllenhaal asked new film's director to strip as well!

Anne Hathaway and Jake Gyllenhaal made director of their latest film go nude, so that they could feel comfortable in the buff.

Hathaway asked Edward Zwick to strip to ease her nerves while doing a nude scene with Gyllenhaal for 'Love and Other Drugs'.

"I said, "What do you want me to do?"" he said, according to nymag. "And they said, "You take your clothes off.""

He soon got into bed with the two stars and posed for photographs to lighten the mood.

"The art director stripped me out and put Annie''''s head on Jake''''s shoulder, and that''''s the movie poster," the Daily Telegraph quoted him as saying.

In Vogue''''s November issue, Hathaway revealed the tough time she had going nude for film.

The 27-year-old 'Rachel Getting Married' star said she 'totally fell apart' during the shoot, until Zwick acted on their advice.
