According to TMZ, Judge Elden Fox has decided against issuing an order today and will instead make the decision tomorrow at 8:30am West Coast Time.
udge Fox’s reconsideration of Judge Marsha Revel’s 90-day sentence is on the basis that doctors have reported LiLo to be in much better condition than previously thought.
If and when Lindsay is released early, she’ll be ordered to participate in an outpatient care program.
