All dolled up, the "California Gurls" cutie attended the Deutsche Telekom booth at the IFA trade fair to promote the extended deadline to participate in her upcoming "Firework" video shoot.

The visit to Berlin comes after Katy spent time in Paris and London, as she tweeted about her UK hospitality, "Staying at Claridge's was like sleeping in a Tiffany's box! Divine, classic beauty. I love you London."
