According to Mail Online, the actor, whose wife Natasha Richardson died of a brain injury last year, has been seen "holding hands" with 35-year-old Freya St Johnston. The pair were spotted leaving the Nobu restaurant in London over the weekend.
When asked whether the two were an item, St Johnston said: "I am not saying anything whatsoever."
It was recently reported that Neeson is in negotiations to star in the lead role in upcoming survival drama The Grey.
